Stock Bauble is a little app I built after noticing that one of the stocks I followed seemed to go up more often after down days. I wanted to know the avg. price change on days following up days vs. down days. So this app calculates just that along with some other similarly trivial but (maybe) interesting statistics. These statistics are then graphed to help facilitate crucial fortane-making insights.
This application takes an input text, tokenizes it, tags the parts of speech and then outputs the text with the different parts of speech highlighted.
Ways of Seeing (1971) by John Berger is certainly one of the most influential books on art ever written, but it is not necessarily the most pleasing to the eye. Budget constraints meant that all 155 images including those that make up the "pictoral essays" were printed in black and white.
I first read the book in college and turned, like I'm sure did many others, to one of the widely available roughly scanned PDF files. This HTML version of the book is my attempt to provide a more readable alternative.
